Describing his cooking style as "X-citing, X-otic and X-traordinary", Leung’s skill lies in combining centuries old recipes with modern cooking techniques.
This talent was quickly recognised, with Bo Innovation becoming Hong Kong’s only independent restaurant to be awarded two Michelin stars. Bo Innovation has continued to surprise and excite diners with its deconstructed and creative approach, being named 52nd place in the list of the World's Best Restaurants in 2012.
Wanting to share his passion for quality produce and ingredients with a larger audience, Leung brought his Xtreme Chinese cuisine to the UK with the opening of Bo London in October 2012. Now four months on, Bo London has been met with rave reviews, creating a buzz and excitement as it reinvents the concept of fine dining.
