Head Pastry Chef Pierrick Boyer leads the team at Le Petit Gateau, the RACV city club patisserie. Opened in 2007, Le Petite Gateau creates irresistible cakes and tarts and very indulgent desserts.
About Pierrick Boyer
Pierrick brings to his role a wealth of international experience, gained in many of the world’s most prestigious venues, and has worked alongside some of the most internationally renowned chefs.
Pierrick has received many awards for his outstanding creations. He also passionate about helping charities and giving back to the community, regularly donating his time and skills to assist worthy causes.
Pierrick believes in only using the freshest ingredients for his gourmet desserts. He regularly uses Flowerdale Farm Edible Flowers and Microgreens for the flavour and finish they add to a dish.
