Bok Choy is a Chinese cabbage variety belonging to the Brassica rapa family. It is also known as pak choi, bok choi, pak choy, Chinese chard, Chinese mustard, celery mustard and spoon cabbage.


Product Details


Petite Bok Choy shines in Asian cuisine, stir fries and noodle dishes. It can be eaten raw in salads or added to soups and rice dishes. Sautee or steam whole.


Bright green, spoon-shaped leaves bunched together with light stalks.


To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Petite Bok Choy between 1-20 degrees C. Product should be consumed within 14 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
