Delicate, slightly bitter spinach-like flavour.

Silverbeet is known by many common names including chard, Swiss chard, perpetual spinach, spinach beet, crab beet, bright lights, seakale beet, and mangold.  This petite variety can be enojyed raw or cooked.

Product Details


Petite Silverbeet can be used raw in salads, or sautéed, steamed or braised. Its mild bitterness fades with cooking. It combines well with cheeses, chicken, lamb, egg and potato.


Dark green, glossy ruffled leaves with white stalks and veins.



To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Petite Silverbeet between 1-20 degrees C. Product should be consumed within 14 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
