Uses

Serve Petite Turnip raw with dips and cheeses or sliced and added to salads for a crisp, lightly zippy tang. They are delicious roasted, lightly cooked in butter, braised, baked or added to soups or stews.

Appearance

Petite, round, white-skinned turnips.

Storage

To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm’s Petite Turnip between 1-20 degrees C. Product should be consumed within 14 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
