  • 125 grams packet Flowerdale Farm Bean Shoots
  • 1 tablespoon(s) of peanut oil
  • 800 chicken breast, cubed
  • 125 grams packet Flowerdale Farm Bean Shoots
  • 1.5 cm knob ginger, grated
  • 4 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1.5 cm knob ginger, grated
  • 500 grams thick Asian egg noodles (prepared according to packet instructions)
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) of peanut oil
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 100 grams snow peas, ends removed

Adjust Quantity

Method

  1. In a large wok heat the oil until smoking and add the garlic, onion, ginger and chicken. Toss the wok often.
  2. After two minutes, add the other vegetables, noodles and then soy sauce. Continue tossing, adding warm water, to keep the mixture wet.
  3. After a few minutes check that the chicken is cooked through, and serve.
