Product Details
Uses
You name it – anywhere that a new delivery of pepper sizzle will bring the meal to life. Add to canapés, club sandwiches, hors d’oeuvres, salads and side dishes. A fiery garnish.
Appearance
Feathery, pale, lace-like strands with a small green sprout. Some sprouts will have the soft radish seed head attached.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Alfalfa & Radish Sprouts between 1-4 degrees C. Sprouts should be consumed within 14 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
Health Benefits
Alfalfa is rich in antioxidants, containing protein, calcium, potassium, carotene, iron, and zinc. Vitamins A, B1, B6, C, E and K are also present.

Availability
Flowerdale Farm’s Alfalfa & Radish Sprouts are cultivated in hydroponic conditions and are available year round.
