A punchy mix of radish, onion and lentil sprouts combined with the freshness of alfalfa. This tasty trio produces a pepper mill flavour effect, creating a complex and unique highlight.

Product Details
Uses
Use where a dish can hold a stronger flavour or for a mild offering that needs a peppery flavour push. Add lift to any savoury meal; great with red meat, casseroles, soups or wraps.
Appearance
A mix of feathery, pale strands with a small green sprout or seed head and soft sprouted lentils.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Alfalfa & Trio Sprouts between 1-4 degrees C. Sprouts should be consumed within 14 days from packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
Health Benefits
Alfalfa is rich in antioxidants, containing protein, calcium, potassium, carotene, iron, and zinc. Vitamins A, B1, B6, C, E and K are also present.
