Uses
Create a delicious Microgreen Carrot salad or use in soups and meat dishes. An attractive and flavoursome garnish with a wide range of applications.
Appearance
Feathery classic bright-green baby carrot leaves with occasional seed attached.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Carrot should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
Health Benefits
Microgreen Carrot contains vitamin A, K, C and B as well as fibre, potassium and manganese.
