Uses
A signature flavour in Italian cuisine, Microgreen Sweet Basil is also great in Asian dishes. Add just before serving for maximum taste. Brilliant in soups, salads and meat dishes, this flexible microgreen can also be used to create unique desserts, ice creams and chocolates.
Appearance
Bright green, rounded, concave leaves and paired flat, fan-shaped leaves with a pale stem.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Microgreen Sweet Basil between 7-20 degrees C. Microgreens should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
