Uses
Gorgeous when mixed through a salad. Microgreen Watercress is ideal in soups and sandwiches, or as a tasty garnish for hot or cold dishes.
Appearance
Several small, round, shiny, green leaves with pale, flowing stems.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Watercress should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.

Microgreen Watercress contains iron, calcium, iodine, and folic acid, in addition to vitamins A and C.
