- 2 tablespoon(s) Caster Sugar
- 60 mL Vdka
- 40 mL Cointreau
- 20 Rose Petals
- 1 teaspoon(s) Lime Juice
- 1 cup(s) Crushed Ice
- 125 mL Cranberry Juice
Method
- Put caster sugar and 10 rose petals in a wide flat bowl. Rub together with fingers to create a rose petal sugar paste.
- Place the rim of the cocktail glass in the bowl and rotate to adhere the sugar paste.
- Full the glass with curshed ice.
- Add 10 rose petals, vodka, cointreau, lime juice and cranberry juice together in cocktail shaker. Shake to combine.
- Strain into prepared glass and serve immediately.
