Uses
Fantastic in Asian cuisine, Microgreen Red Shiso combines well with seafood, sushi and sashimi. Can also be added to drinks for a unique sweet taste.
Appearance
Curled, large serrated leaves with deep maroon centre, green edging and pink stems.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Microgreen Red Shiso should be consumed within 10 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
