Uses
As a delicate and wispy garnish that expresses its natural flavour. Add lift to any savoury meal, great with red meat, casseroles, soups or wraps.
Appearance
A mix of feathery, pale strands with a small sprout or seed head and firm light green sprouted mung beans.
Storage
To maintain freshness, store Flowerdale Farm Alfalfa & Salad Sprouts between 1-4 degrees C. Sprouts should be consumed within 14 days of packing. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.

Alfalfa is rich in antioxidants, containing protein, calcium, potassium, carotene, iron, and zinc. Vitamins A, B1, B6, C, E and K are also present.
