Sea Spray can be used as a subtle salt substitute for a wide range of savoury dishes. Sea Spray complements seafood, and red or white meats. It also creates interesting contrast in sweet dishes such as fruit salad or chocolate desserts.

Fern-like appearance, with soft, supple texture

Storage

To maintain freshness, store Sea Spray at 1-5 degrees C. Rinse lightly before use.
