The great all-rounder. Use in salads, soups and sandwiches, toss through to add flavour to dips, pasta, and rice, as well as vegetable and meat dishes.
Appearance
Vivid green in colour, Watercress has small, round, shiny, green leaves with pale flowing stems.
Storage
Extend the life of your Watercress by removing the plant from its sleeve, keeping it moist and storing it away from extreme temperatures. To maintain freshness, store between 1-7 degrees C. Rinse lightly under cold clean water before use.
